Mark is THE BEST travel agent you could ask for! He helped my family book our dream vacation to Hawaii and it was top notch all the way! I never had an agent help so much in the process before, like sending helpful reminders weeks before the trip and just calling to make sure we were ready! Thank you Mark Wimberly!!! My family and I would like to personally thank Mark for making our first cruise one that we will never forget. This being our first cruise and during covid we had thousands of questions. Mark answered each and every question within a hour or less. Reminders were sent informing us of what we needed to do and when we needed to do them. When our first cruise in January was cancelled due to covid he was quick to see that we got a refund quickly an d compensation from the cruise line. Mark was quick to help us book another cruise. Mark is also very well informed on the airlines, hotels and excursion's along with everything you will need to know about the ship. We have been home a week and were already planning the next one. My family and I went on an Alaskan cruise 2 weeks ago. Booked with Making Memories Travel. Mark did a great job, especially considering there were like 360 people booked under him for this cruise. Highly recommend!!! I have already booked my next cruise with Mark.

We take our honeymoon in 1 week. Mark has been great the entire time and made it very easy for us to book. We had to reschedule our honeymoon due to my father passing away. Mark was so understanding and took the time to look into new flights for us and contacting companies and resorts for us which meant the world to us. Thank you so much for your hard work and being so wonderful!

Just returned from a 7 day Alaska cruise with Mark. We had a fabulous time. As part of a large group, we got several nice perks. Alaska was amazing: beautiful scenery (mountains that just won't quit), animals (whales were spotted frequently from the ship as well as on the whale watching tour), and wonderful people in all the Ports of Call. Mark had everything handled and when something came up, he was on top of getting things fixed right away. I can't say enough great things about Mark, the cruise, and Alaska. Thanks, Mark!

Mark did an amazing job helping us out with our destination wedding in Mexico! He set up everything, from our flights, to our stay at the all-inclusive resort, to the hotel we stayed at in Chicago the night before our flight and where we were able to park our vehicle in their secured parking garage, to transportation to and from the resort. He opened up dialogue between myself and the wedding coordinator at the resort. He was readily available to answer any questions and/or concerns, from both myself and all our wedding guests. He went above and beyond! If there were any issues with anything, he would get them resolved promptly. I highly recommend contacting Mark if you are looking at booking any trips. He will help alleviate all the stress from planning your dream vacation.
